Prizewinners for the 5th award were announced at the Prize Council meeting convened in Riyadh on 27 September 2012, which was presided over by PSIPW Council chairman, HRH Prince Khaled Bin Sultan Bin Abdulaziz – Assistant Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General for Military Affairs.
