1- The Creativity Prize:

The Creativity prize is given to every innovator or pioneer who effectively and distinctively contributes in creating a new work which is considered as breakthrough, accurate and original ( whether research, invention, technology or development project) in any water-related field.

The work must help increase water resources, reduce its scarcity, eliminate its pollution, conserve it, rationalize its use and manage it effectively. It must also be practicable, economically feasible, environmentally friendly and having an effective impact on development in general and on community members in particular to provide drinking water and promote their social level. Achievements presented for nomination to this prize may include:

  • Research leading to developing a new scientific theory in any water- related field.
  • Inventing a new advanced device with significant benefit in any water- related field.
  • Developing new technologies or methods for solving water scarcity and pollution problems and developing its resources and management.
  • Applying development activities or water policies which have an effective impact on the prosperity of the community.

1- Surface Water:
    Topic:
    Sedimentation Control in Surface Water Systems.

2- Ground Water
     Topic:
     Exploration and Assessment of Ground Water.

3- Alternative ( non-traditional )Water Resources.
     Topic:
     Innovative Methods and Systems in Desalination.

4- Water Resources Management and Protection.
    Topic:
