Required nomination attachments: A curriculum vitae of the individual, or a summary of activities of the organization or scientific institution. Four copies of each work (or research) submitted for nomination to either the Creativity Prize or the Specialized Branched Prize (not to exceed five works or researches). Each Nominated work should be submitted in English including about 1000 word abstract describing the objectives, methodology and results. Arabic works have to be accompanied by a detailed abstract in English describing the objectives, methodology and main results as well. A detailed report from the nominating organization. The extent to which the work embodies the goals of the prize. References and organizations which published the work and its results. Names of three distinguished individuals who will be requested to provide a report on the nominee and his works.
